Ordering

1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

Shopping online at Amir Adnan is very easy. You need to follow these steps:
  • Click on the product you want to purchase
  • Choose the desired color and size, then choose add to cart option.
  • You can now see your shopping cart. If you want to purchase another item, click on CONTINUE SHOPPING button. If that’s all you want, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
  • Register your account if you are a new customer and continue to payment options.
  • Fill in your contact details, preferred shipping & payment method and click on CONTINUE button.
  • Your order will then be placed successfully

2. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?

After you place your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Your card will only be debited at the time of dispatch. However, in rare situations where any of the items you ordered goes out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will only be charged for the value of the items in stock.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I'VE ORDERED ISN'T IN STOCK?

Our website system is designed to ensure that stock levels are always accurate.However, if any of the items you ordered goes out of stock, you will be instantly informed via e-mail ¬ be charged for out of stock items.

4. WHY IS MY ORDER MARKED AS "PENDING"?

To avoid the risk of fraudulent transactions, all the orders and payments are reviewed by our online QA department. Once your payment is approved, you will receive a notification via email and your order will be marked as 'Paid' automatically. The review process usually takes around 4-48 hours.

5. WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel.

6. WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

All products are sold according to the standard size chart of Amir Adnan. But as sizes can vary, we have provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. For more information, contact our customer care team at info@amiradnan.com for advice.

7. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

Other than Cash on Delivery, we accept all Debit and Credit Cards.

8. IS IT SECURE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?

Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

9. DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER AS AN AUTHORIZATION?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

Shipping & Delivery:

11. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

12. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your payment has been made successfully, you will be able to track your order instantly through courier service provider after entering the tracking number, which will be provided to you via e-mail.

13. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 weeks. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, Amir Adnan is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

14. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

Deliveries within Pakistan are done within 6 to 7 days, depending on the item you ordered. International deliveries take 10 to 15 days, again depending on the product you have purchased. However, you can track your order directly through your tracking number on the site of the courier service provider.

15. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

We offer free deliveries for the orders which amount more than 15000/= PKR. However, for international deliveries, the customer has to bear the shipping expenses, which vary according to their country.

16. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS?

Sometimes there may be problems delivering to the address which you have given us. In this case, we will contact you will deliver to the alternate address provided by you.

Registration:

18. IS IT MANDATORY TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes. However, you do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, only if you are a new customer. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.

19. HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, follow the FORGOT PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN IN page.

Return & Exchange:

22. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND IF RETURN MY PRODUCT?

If the product turns out to be faulty or has any defect, then the item can be exchanged within 72 hours but it will not be refunded.

23. CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT IF NOT SATISFIED?

After the delivery of the product, if you are not satisfied with the product in terms of size, color or any other defect, the item can be exchanged within 4 days after the product delivery. Amir Adnan will conduct a proper checking process before exchanging the product. The product should fall in the following criteria before making an exchange:
  • The item should not be used.
  • All tags must be kept intact.
  • The item is either faulty or is incorrect in size or color.
  • Amir Adnan should receive it within 4 days.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • All costs (shipping charges, taxes and duties) will be borne by the customer at all times. The product can only be exchanged once after the purchase. No returns will be entertained by Amir Adnan.

24. HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT IF I’M NOT IN PAKISTAN?

If you are not in Pakistan, you will have to dispatch the package back to Pakistan and bear the shipping cost.
