How can I purchase?

Shopping online at Amir Adnan is very easy:

  • Once you have found an item.
  • You can see your shopping cart.
  • If you want to purchase another item with it so click on CONTINUE SHOPPING button and if you are done then click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
  • Then you will be asked to register if you are a new customer, once you register your account you will be directed to the payment options window.

Do I register?

Yes you have to register with an account if you are a new customer.

Forgot my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, FORGOT PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN IN page.

Which size should I choose?

All products are sold according to the standard size chart of Amir Adnan. But as sizes can vary, we have provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. In addition, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply info@amiradnan.com for advice.

What payment methods you offer?

We accept Western Union, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards.

Is it secure to use my credit card on your site?

Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

Do I need to sign for my order as an authorization?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

Why is my order marked as "Pending"?

To avoid the risk of fraudulent transactions, all the orders and payments are reviewed by our online risk/fraud dept. Once your payment is approved, you will receive a notification via email and your order will be marked as 'Paid' automatically. The review process usually takes around 4-48 hours.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Can I track my order?

Once your payment has been made successfully, you will be able to track your order instantly through courier service provider after entering tracking number which will be provided to you via e-mail.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 weeks. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, Amir Adnan is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Can I order online and collect at your outlet?

Yes you can.

How are your products priced?

Our prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees.

How can I contact customer services?

What is the process to cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel.

How do I return the purchased item?

If you are not in Pakistan so you have to dispatch the package back to Pakistan.

How much does delivery cost?

Different locations have different delivery costs. The delivery cost is calculated instantly during the checkout process.

We stock the majority of the Amir Adnan range online, if you don't found your required one online so just simply email us at customersservice@amiradnan.com, you will be entertained.

Still waiting for my order...

Your delivery should take no longer than 3-4 weeks after the day you place your order. You can track your order directly through your tracking number on the site of courier service provider.

What happens if the product I've ordered isn't in stock?

Our website system is designed to ensure that stock levels are always accurate, and that products ordered are available. Unfortunately, there may sometimes be errors, and occasionally products which are available from our website may be out of stock in our warehouse. If this happens, we will only ship you any items from your order which are in stock. You will not be charged for out of stock items.

What happens if you can't deliver to my address?

Sometimes there may be problems delivering to the address which you have given us. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss this.
